Patient Advice

Please rest assured that we are highly skilled in infection control and have well established protocols that are checked and audited against government standards. We have implemented additional infection control measures – these enable us to offer you the best care, in the correct environment. We kindly ask you to observe the following protocols:

  • DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID SYMPTOMS or have been in contact with someone who has
  • Treatment is provided only with a pre-arranged appointment. The door will be locked so please knock. You can telephone or email with other enquiries
  • Please do not arrive before your allocated appointment time or you may be asked to wait outside (we are requesting this so we can limit the number of people in the practice at any one time)
  • Please attend alone. Do not bring anyone with you unless you are accompanying a child or an adult who needs assistance
  • A distance of 2 metres must be observed (from other patients and the reception team)
  • Avoid bringing personal belongings when possible
  • Please wear a face covering if you have one
  • You will be asked to perform hand hygiene measures on entry into the building
  • We will not be accepting cash payments
  • Toilet facilities are currently unavailable

At present we still need to minimise the number of appointments to facilitate social distancing between our patients and staff.

Some procedures may be deferred or reassessed. If you have any concerns, please speak to the Dentist.

We will be spending more time between patients cleaning and putting on and removing our PPE so we ask for your patience.

In light of the additional time we are spending with each patient and the extra PPE we are required to wear, there will be a small increase to our private fee’s.

Appointments are currently in high demand so we ask that you contact us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend.

Thank you for your cooperation.
